Boundary Awareness Training

The online Self Boundary Awareness Training by Klaus Blaser aims to strengthen your boundaries and establish a deeper connection to your inner world.

Over 8 weeks, we will explore the metaphor of the "inner garden" to delve into your inner landscape and discuss it. Each week, we delve deeper into various aspects of your inner space.

We learn to perceive and respect our own boundaries – as well as those of others. This awareness enables us to see more clearly where we stand in our lives and relationships.

If you find it difficult to say no, and if you are sometimes unsure how to set boundaries for yourself. If you realize too late when someone has crossed your boundary or if you sometimes treat yourself carelessly, then this course might be just right for you.

What to expect in the training?

Discover your personal boundaries and learn to protect them. Learn to feel it before your boundaries are crossed, not when it's too late. Recognize recurring patterns and shape your interpersonal interactions more consciously. Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Learn to consciously perceive when you are "with yourself" and when you are not.



The training is based on learning through self-experience, attention, and imagination exercises, as well as sharing experiences in the group.

Participation in the training requires a willingness to engage with the topic of boundaries for approximately 20 minutes daily during the 8 weeks (guided imagination exercises, journaling).

A stable internet connection and a working microphone are required for this training.

Group Size

The group size is a minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 8 participants.

Course Dates

Course dates are offered by arrangement.


The cost is 800 CHF. The costs include:

  • Individual preliminary discussion

  • 6 group sessions of 2 hours each

  • 2 group sessions of 3 hours each

  • Course documentation including book and exercise instructions.

Private Groups

There is the possibility to conduct the course in private groups. It doesn't matter if they are friends, relatives, employees, colleagues, or other constellations.

Course Content

  • Week 1 – Introduction to the boundary model, the BEGAAV elements & the garden metaphor

  • Week 2 – Functions of the ego boundary

  • Week 3 – Attention & bodily sensation

  • Week 4 – Empathy, the guitar metaphor

  • Week 5 – The interpersonal space

  • Week 6 – Deciphering foreign views or feelings

  • Week 7 – The dissociation scale

  • Week 8 – Empathy

Additional Offer

In addition to the topic of Boundaries and Boundary Awareness, I also offer individual Constellation setups.

This way, the nature of personal boundaries can be spatially represented, and the effect on our well-being can be physically experienced.

There are two variants:

  • A setup of personal boundaries

  • A setup of well-known & burdensome feelings
